6 of the items were listed as diamonds and yet several local jewelers tested to reveal that they were NOT diamonds at all. The response took forever, they never sent paperwork showing that they tested as diamonds. They are not as responsive as one would expect when dealing with jewelers. I will never purchase from them again. I am very disappointed because I spent a lot of time and money (just under $1000) on several purchases only to find out that I was duped.

I generally like this auction house. However, I recently contacted them to let them know that two items I purchased did not depict in the photo that stones were missing. It's been two weeks and I have not even received the courtesy of a reply.
