Upon arrival, our team will check you in by last name and time slot before directing you to your items. We do not provide loading assistance, so please bring help if needed. A photo ID with a signature is required for item confirmation.

Pickup Week:
You will have one week to collect your items. After this period, items will be forfeited with no refund provided. The Eagle location offers flexible pickup times for your convenience.
