Great service, answers questions promptly, friendly, would highly recommend and come back

The item I won was missing a part which was not disclosed on the listing or at time of pick up, so I will have to buy a replacement part. Additionally, pick up was very disorganized and chaotic.

Seller Never Shipped Item, Unresponsive
I won this item a month ago and was initially in communication with the seller about shipping. Despite four conversations where they promised to send the item, they never did. It's now been a month, and the seller has stopped responding entirely and no refund was made. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this seller to anyone. Be aware!

my experience with you and the auctions I have did thru you been a great

They were not prepared and I did not get the things that I had paid for. They brought out half of the stuff and when I looked I could tell it was not all of it. Also, which is why I am writing this review, I bought a Furby and when I got it home it did not have it's battery cover. I called them and they said that they had it and I would have to come pick it up. I did which is at the other end of town they gave me what they said was the cover. I questioned it since to me it looked like it should have been round and this was flat. Will never use this company again.
