By participating in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions and terms:

Registration: All participants must register before the start of the auction. A valid ID and payment method must be provided.

Payment: Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Payment methods accepted include cash, certified checks, and credit cards. A buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid.

Inspection: All merchandise is sold "as is." It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the merchandise or examine the photographs provided and make their own determinations before bidding. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Bid Increments: The auctioneer determines the bid increments, which may vary depending on the value of the merchandise.

Reserve Prices: The auctioneer may set a reserve price on certain items. If the reserve price is not met, the item will not be sold.

Bidding: Bidders may bid in person, online, or by proxy. The auctioneer has the final say in determining the winning bid.

Winning Bids: The highest bidder will be the buyer. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer has the final say.

Removal: Merchandise must be removed within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The buyer is responsible for all removal costs, including packing, shipping, and handling.

Liability: The auctioneer is not responsible for any damage or loss of merchandise during the auction or removal process.

Disputes: Any disputes must be brought to the attention of the auctioneer immediately. The auctioneer's decision is final.

Changes: The auctioneer reserves the right to change these conditions and terms at any time.

Legal Action: Any legal action taken against the auctioneer must be filed in the jurisdiction of New Hampshire USA.
