-We have implemented a pickup schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient process while minimizing crowds and wait times. Upon winning an item, you will receive an email with a link to Sign Up Genius, where you can select a specific time slot for your pickup on the designated day. By scheduling your pickup, you'll help us maintain a safe and organized environment.

-When picking up your items, please come prepared with your own assistance for loading furniture and heavy items, as well as your packing materials. We usually do not have movers on-site to assist with heavy items. Any larger items situated in challenging-to-reach locations will be indicated in the item listings.

-All buyers are responsible for collecting their purchased items during the designated pickup period. In the event you purchase furniture but fail to pick it up or do not show up as scheduled, a $100.00 removal fee will be charged to your credit card for third-party removal services.

-If you require assistance moving your items and cannot do so independently, there will be a charge of $30.00 per staff member per item. For items weighing over 100 pounds, the moving charge may go up to $200.00. Please contact us in advance to confirm staff availability for moving items.

-If you are interested in having your items shipped, please inquire with us. We are happy to arrange shipping for non-fragile items that can fit in a flat rate box, at the buyer's expense, with a $10 handling fee per item. Prior to bidding, please contact us at 720-231-1281 to verify whether your item can be shipped.

-Art, oversized, and fragile items will be professionally packed and shipped through a third-party shipper with billing directly to the buyer. Smaller, non-fragile items will be shipped via USPS Priority, with a $10 handling fee per lot. Please reach out to us before bidding to discuss any specific shipping requirements.

Regardless of the shipping method, if you have received preapproval for shipping, please remember to email us at jen@resortestateliquidation following the auction's conclusion to confirm your shipping needs. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and please allow up to four weeks for processing.

Please note that all sales are final, and all items are sold in "AS IS" condition. We strongly encourage bidders to ask any questions they may have before placing their bids. Additionally, please refer to the item photos as part of the item description. Most of the items we offer are used, antique, or vintage, so some signs of wear consistent with age should be expected.
