Special Instructions
-Pickup date for this auction will be Monday May 15th by appointment between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm. Please confirm an alternate time with us before bidding if you cannot pick up your item at the ...view moredesignated time.
Pick-up will work on scheduled time slots to avoid large crowds and reduce wait times. Your winning email will include my phone number so that you can call to schedule a pick-up time slot during the pick-up day. You MUST schedule your pickup time because parking is limited.
-All of the furniture and decrotive items will be in a warehouse. You must bring your own manpower for loading furniture and heavy items, from the warehouse into your car. Bring your own packing materials. All buyers are responsible for removing purchased items during pick-up time or you forfeit your item.
-Free delivery when you spend $500 or more, on the sale price of the furniture this does not include buyers premium, or sales tax. The free delivery is to Park & ride in Morrison, Colorado 3485 S Rooney Rd, Morrison, CO 80465. If you need delivery to another location contact me to discuss 720-231-1281. If you are in route to Morrison, CO for instance Frisco I will meet you at a parking lot right off of I70, call me to coordinate.
-Ask us about shipping. We are happy to ship small items at buyers' expense with a $10 handling fee per item. Please contact 720-231-1281 before bidding to confirm your item is shippable.
All art, oversized, and breakable items will be packed and shipped via a third-party shipper, and will bill the buyer directly. Smaller, non-breakable items will be shipped via USPS Priority with a $10 per lot handling fee. PLEASE CALL TO DISCUSS ANY SHIPPING NEEDS BEFORE BIDDING.
Regardless of how items will be shipped, if you get pre-approval, you'll still need to email us at rehomehighcountry@gmail.com following auction closing to remind us that you need shipping. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Items will ship within a week of purchase.
- Shipping large pieces such as furniture is possible, however, the bidder will need to coordinate with a nationwide shipping company. The third-party mover will be responsible for inspection and signing off on the item before it leaves the auction site. Once the item is in the possession of the mover, ReHome will no longer be held responsible for the item. Pick up arrangements need to be made in the timeframe stated above. Email us at ReHomehighcountry@gmail to inform us of the pick-up details.
-All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions before bidding. Please refer to the photos as part of the description. All items are sold as-is, where-is. While ReHome High Country Estate Auctions will do its best to list any damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items we sell are antique, vintage, or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges.
