Mystery Necklace: What Appears To Be Diamonds And Turquoise On Base Metal Or White Gold?

This piece was found with the photographed card stating it is Nepal turquoise and diamonds. The backing is not marked except for the finding on the earrings (sterling). The metal that the stones are set in tests negative for sterling but could be 10k gold or platinum based on acid testing as seen in photos (left drop is 10k gold). The clear stones tested positive according to the Diamond Selector II. As you can see, we really aren't sure what the heck this is, but it sure looks cool!

This item is shippable. We ship smaller and nonbreakable items via USPS priority with a $10 handling fee per box and insurance if contents are over $100.
