18" American Girl, Addy Doll, Pleasant Company- Retired

Addy is one of the originally released American Girl dolls. Accompanied by the booklet of met Addy.

Addy and all of her accessories are in excellent condition except for the four post bed which is broken see photos. The bed can be fixed.

Pleasant Rowland founded Pleasant Company in 1986 and served as its president. On May 5th of that year, the flagship American Girl doll line was released, revitalizing the concept of heirloom dolls. The original line included three dolls: Kirsten, Molly, and Samantha. Each doll has her own story and lives in a different time in American History. The dolls are accompanied by a book detailing their coming-of-age story to help young girls imagine their place in the world and in history. Samantha is a 9 years old orphan living with her wealthy grandmother in 1904. Since 1986, over 32 million dolls have sold, a testament not only to their quality and style but to the deep personal connection shared by children and seasoned collectors alike.
