Item received with hairline crack to rim that wasn't indicated in listing. Sent a message as soon as the item was delivered and never received a reply back from auctioneer.

Hi Kyle,rnrnI'm sorry your vase arrived cracked. This is the first I'm hearing about this. You sent us a message through the system on a thread that was marked resolved so we didn't receive any notification that we had a new message and are only aware of this issue because of this horrible review. If you had called, texted, or emailed we could have addressed this for you. We are typically very responsive and if we misrepresent an item we certainly do our best to make it right. That being said, this item was professionally packed and shipped because we don't feel confident packing breakable items. The third party shipper usually brings any damage to buyers' attention before packing so this "hairline" crack may have happened en route. I was the photographer on this item and did not see any crack. I understand it can be frustrating to receive an item damaged and I'm sorry your message never got to us.
