-WE CANNOT MOVE OR STORE YOUR ITEMS, Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items, we cannot move furniture.

-Winning Bidders must bring their own bags, boxes and or packing materials. You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor will not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

-Items offered for shipping are specifically marked as such. Please bid accordingly. We will not refund for if you bid on items that we do not ship.

-Shipping is available on small non fragile items. We do not ship lamps art large items etc..

-Shipping policy is $9.00 handling fee per invoice, no matter how many items you win. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and the handling fee. Shipping must be paid through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Cashapp.

-If you would like your item shipped please contact us via text message 631-521-3451 within 24 hours of auction close.

-Pick up window times are clearly stated on auction pages, items not picked up during these times will be considered abandoned with no refunded. Also note - your account and bidding privileges will be cancelled.

-Again Items not picked up will be forfeited and not refundedand your account and bidding privileges will be cancelled.
