Hand carved of solid golden chestnut wood about 1860, a chest or dresser has traditional Victorian nut and leaf shaped pulls.
Drawers work but need to go straight in.
Drawers have hand cut dovetailed joints. There are mars and dings for antique character, see photos. The finish is in very fine condition picturesque American made furniture.
