I've been buying on auction ninja for quite some time now. There are so many customer friendly options and this company is not it. Currently very pregnant and I had something come up last minute where I couldn't come in the very small timeframe they had for pickup and was not accommodating in any way. If they anything they were insanely rude. I do not recommend.
