George Walter Chandler (1866-1928) American, know most for etchings. Studied at Julien Academy of Art in Paris. Work featured in Smithsonian, Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Library of Congress.
26”x14” wood frame (with some scuffs), appears to be original (but selling as “print”) charcoal art featuring sailboat at night with pine trees. By George W. Chandler.
