If you cannot make these days/hours we may be able to accommodate a pickup outside of this window. You will not be able to pick up without an appointment. Local Delivery is also available. The pickup will be at a storage facility in Ridgefield, CT . Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered forfeited without refund.

We can also ship smaller items at our discretion. Please contact us prior to bidding for shipping availability. IMPORTANT: If the item(s) can be shipped and you are the winning bidder, please email us before the scheduled pickup date at provenanceauctions@gmail.com with your name, shipping address, and the item(s) you won. We will respond a few days after the auction pickup with the shipping cost. Shipping times vary and can take a couple weeks. We offer this service as a courtesy and package and ship items when our schedule permits. All shipping quotes will include the shipping and packing material cost, the signature confirmation fee, a $10-20 service charge depending on size and packaging needed, and insurance costs over $100. We will not use any buyer's shipping accounts.


Curbside delivery is also available and the charge is $250 flat (per van load) to Westchester and Fairfield County. Anywhere outside will be $5/mile ($250 minimum). Tolls and Sales Tax are not included in the price. NYC & NJ deliveries add $100.
