Single Owner Danbury Estate Auction. Items include a beautiful Maitland-Smith Game Table, Billiards Table, Power Tools, Furniture, Rugs, Ceramics, Electronics, Garden Tools, Art, and much more.

The pickup will be in Danbury, CT on Saturday, November 21st from 10am-4pm. Winners will be emailed the address after the auction. Due to limited driveway space, we are scheduling pickup times by last name. There ...view moreis a side street where buyers can park if they wish to pick up smalls.

Please try your best to come at the appropriate time slot. Not picking up at the scheduled time might create delays:

Time Slot A: Last names beginning with A-H 10:00AM-12:00PM

Time Slot B: Last names beginning with I-R 12:00PM-2:00PM.

Time Slot C: Last names beginning with S-Z 2PM-4PM.

Items not picked up during the allotted pickup day will be considered forfeited without refund.

We can also ship smaller items at our discretion. Please contact us prior to bidding for approximate shipping costs.

Curbside delivery is also available and the charge is $3/mile (plus tolls, if applicable) from our warehouse for any number of items ($60 minimum delivery cost / NYC & NJ deliveries add $40).

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS
• Masks are REQUIRED at pickup. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Please bring your own pen for signing or bring a signed invoice.
• At pickups, social distancing of at least 6 feet is REQUIRED. You may also wait in your car until no one is at the pickup desk.
• If you are feeling sick or have traveled recently, please do not come in person to pick up your items. Instead ask a family member or friend to pick up for you.
