Werner Steel Overhead Pull Down Attic Ladder. It appears to have never been installed. Includes manual and parts. The wood wall piece measures approx 23.25" x 54.375" so we believe this would be considered a 22.5" x 54". We believe this is for a 8ft to 10ft ceiling height. More heavy duty than wood. Untested and unsure if it is complete. Some dirt and staining to the wood exterior. Great for a garage attic. Original cost was over $300.
