Vintage 50's Custom Made Blue Puff Sleeve Dress

Vintage custom made blue dress with applique flowers on the puff sleeves. Owner originally purchased in 1954. Some staining (see photos). Hook/eye and zip back closure. Removable floral belt. Measurements (approximate): 60" long shoulder-to-hem, 20" sleeves, belt is 15.5 across flat.
