Dimensions: Approximately 20 feet x 26 feet. Condition: There is some wood rot, loose/broken boards, wear and tear. It still appears sturdy, but a few of the planks should be replaced to guarantee stability and safety. Probably an easy job for anyone handy. Sold AS-IS.
