Easy shipping & nice to work with.
I was disappointed with the item. The description stated "some surface scratches. very good condition." But the item had many scratches on the base and several small circular cracks that was very evident.

We so sorry that you're unhappy with your purchase. We give all our buyers a chance to inspect their items during the pick up; you would have had no obligation to take the item if there was damage not described in the listing. That being said, the item was mentioned as having scratches which was shown very clearly in the 5 photos provided in the description. Other bidders obviously saw the scratches, which was why you were able to purchase a $50-$100 bowl for $5. rnrnWe recommend viewing our auctions on a larger desktop/laptop screen than a cell phone so you can scan larger photos for any wear and tear. A good thing also to note is that usually when an item sells for a fraction of its value, there's a good reason. rnrn
