Excellent help and pickup team was fabulous!

The item purchased was a clock; the minute hand was not attached. We brought it back as soon as we came home and noticed this was not in working condition. Person there supposedly "put the minute hand back". We came home with it again and as soon as we lifted it, the minute hand fell out. I called the manager in charge of this auction immediately, she was driving and said she would call back. That was almost 5 hours ago. Selling a non-working clock with a broken minute hand is so unethical!
