This item was shipped with just a flimsy piece of tissue paper so it broke during shipping. No bubble wrap or anything to actually protect it. I would think that a company that deals with fragile items on a daily basis would know how to pack a Waterford. It was also mismarked as a honey jar but upon receiving it I discovered it's actually a jam jar so it wasn't labeled correctly. Very disappointing experience.
