RARE IMPRESSIVE LARGE ANTIQUE PEWTER FOO DOG CENSER C.1890

Antique Chinese Censor C. 1890 detailed Foo Dog top- Writing on the right side (translated): Words from the Midwinter of the Seventeenth Year of Guangxu.-has some small indent impressions on the bottom where the writing is a seen as well as some loss to the tip of foo dog tail-Heavy piece weighing 20 pounds-comes with some article clippings inside and in the back round you can see a similar censer-The previous homeowner left it in there-very large measuring 25 x 6 x 9 in--the foo dog has a blue lapis stone eyes-it's a very interesting piece!!!
