OLD UNCLE SAM MECHANICAL BANK

This is an old mechanical bank-it does have some markings at the base which looks like June of 188? There is a piece at the back that is open not sure what was there-All parts are moving I believe uncle sam is suppose to drop a coin into his bag-measures 11" tall
