The item was as shown and I am happy with it. But I bid on it 9/8 and did not receive it till 10/22 despite MULTIPLE texts, emails etc to Prestige's contact person. I will hesitate to buy from them again.

I have reached out several times to have this item shipped that I bought months ago now. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now it is January 20th and I have still not received my shipping invoice to have the item shipped.

I called several times with shipping quote and sent numerous paypal requests for payment as well as emailed customer through auction ninja portal with no response-I would of happily sent item to customer-We are extremely attentive to customer needs!!!
