Bidding

ATTENTION ALL BIDDERS: ANY BIDS PLACED ON ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION INDICATE BIDDER HAS READ THIS SECTION AND AGREES TO TERMS NOTED.

Terms

Payment:

All items sold as is whereas.

All payments will be processed by AUCTIONNINJA.

Successful bidder will be billed at close of sale, including shipping ( if applicable) unless they are using their own shipper or picking up in Fitzwilliam NH. and auctioneer is notified.

After three (3) days have passed from hammer and no payment has been made, Auctioneer will bill winning bidder’s form of payment directly.

Nonpayment by winning bidder will forfeit all their rights to item.

Condition statements:

We describe and illustrated to the best of our ability and in no way is this to be considered a warranty or guarantee in any way, implied or otherwise.

We stand behind our descriptions. 

Our pictures are considered part of our description.

As always, we do our best to describe to the best of our ability.

There is always the chance that a mistake is made, in cataloging items, in which case the auctioneer will honor any differences or make a full refund..

Shipping:

When Shipping is available for an item it will be stated in the description. It will be fulfilled "IN-HOUSE" we typically ship next day.

Do not assume an item is available for shipping, if it is not stated in listing please check with auction manager if you need it shipped.

Auctioneer will ship all items USPS, UPS or FEDEX as needed.

We will Combine Shipping.  Happy to do so to save buyer shipping cost unless directed not to.

Once item is paid for it will be shipped from our facility within Two (2) days although we typically get them out next day.

Items which may require crating could take up to five (5) days to ready for shipping.

We do not ship internationally.

When possible, tracking numbers will be provided.

Auctioneer is not responsible for damage or delays which may occur during transit.

Items over $200.00 US will require insurance and items over $300.00 US may require signature as well

If winning bidder is arranging for their own shipping agent to pick up item.

Winning bidder is responsible for all costs associated with that agent, for coordinating with them and to make arrangements with auctioneer, as to the date and time.

 Auctioneer will make ready the item for shipper in the same manner we would for buyer.  Do not assume we will pack it. Buyer must make arrangements for that with auction manager or the shipper.

Paid items left for more than three (3) weeks are subject to a storage fee of $25.00 US per week unless arrangements have been otherwise with the auctioneer.

I.D, is required for pick up and all shipping orders. Orders over $300.00, we will take a picture of your I.D. to go with your purchase.

 NOTE: Not all items may be available for shipping.  In those cases if you plan on using a shipping service, we are happy to provide access to the shipper as if it is being picked up by you. We will require shipping paperwork and an ID of shipper.

TAX EXEMPT: 

All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. Upon receipt of such information, your future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be submitted in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate. (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located under the Upload Certificate Box to receive the Tax Exempt Status!)
