Updating my review, they did reach out and help me out after I left a bad review due to their lack of responsiveness to my emails and calls. They explained where the issue was, they thought messages were being sent along with email receipts but the messages were not sending. Not ideal that the only way to get a response is to leave a bad review, but I do appreciate that they put some effort into resolving my concerns. I did get my item and it was packaged well.
