Despite making buyers schedule pick up times in 15 minute increments, Pink lady took customers in any order. Upon arrival the items were not ready and they were telling people to go look for them in the house. It was a disorganized, chaotic mess. I had the second appointment of the day, arrived on time yet five people were helped before me and my things weren't ready. Come on Pink Lady, this is no way to treat customers. Had I known, I would have scheduled later in the day, maybe my things would have been ready and the rush would have been finished. Not pleased.

Very accurate

My experience with the representative was an excellent one. She was great in all aspects of her service. My only regret was that one of the box fans was completely dead and belongs to the recycle bin. Every other items are fine.
