Despite making buyers schedule pick up times in 15 minute increments, Pink lady took customers in any order. Upon arrival the items were not ready and they were telling people to go look for them in the house. It was a disorganized, chaotic mess. I had the second appointment of the day, arrived on time yet five people were helped before me and my things weren't ready. Come on Pink Lady, this is no way to treat customers. Had I known, I would have scheduled later in the day, maybe my things would have been ready and the rush would have been finished. Not pleased.

Hi Lisa, rnThank you for shopping with us - We encouraged customers to schedule appointments to make it easier during pickup with the limited parking - Unfortunately others did not adhere to that request and showed up without an appointment first thing and were extremely hostile and unkind to our team. For future auctions with pickup times due to very limited parking, we recommend opting for an appointment time in the middle of the scheduled time.

My experience with the representative was an excellent one. She was great in all aspects of her service. My only regret was that one of the box fans was completely dead and belongs to the recycle bin. Every other items are fine.

All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding. While We will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items Pink Lady Liquidation sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. Please review all photos carefully prior to bidding.

Important: if you want a tax exempt status you must input your tax exempt information and certificate (You must click the Tax Exempt Button (located directly under the Upload Certificate Box) to receive the Tax Exempt Status!!) before bidding! (or for new bidders when you set up your account.)

Please be aware many times there are multiple photos for each lot. Just click on the cover photo to open the file and see all the available photos and pertinent condition information.

The auction begins to close at the time listed. Each auction lot will close 50 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour and a half. If people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra five minutes. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.

We have limited staff available to move and carry items for you- BRING HELP. All large items will be disassembled by Buyer, NOT by Pink Lady Liquidation. Please bring bags, packing paper, blankets, hand trucks, dolly and help. Smaller items will be placed outside, assuring social distancing.

Payments by credit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.

An email will be sent out to winning bidders with address information for Pick Up. We would like to have all pickups running as efficiently as possible, kindly TEXT Us approximately 30 minutes prior to your estimated arrival on pickup days and we will do our best to have your items ready for you.

Lastly, for new Bidders, please go to the Auction Ninja website and read the terms of service. That will enable you to have a good bidding experience and answer many questions you may have.

Please make sure you are available for local pick up & times listed, before bidding on an lot.

If you can not pick up your item, it will be forfeited with no refund. please check the date for pick up before bidding.

Just a reminder… • Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed.
