Pickers Paradise ME acknowledges that there may be errors in the listings. We do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, and the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most items are antique, vintage, and used.

Terms
•All sales are final.
•All items are sold as-is, where-is.
•All weights and measurements are approximate.
•No warranty on items. No guarantees of age, condition, materials, and features.

Auction Pickup
Address and pick-up details is provided to the winners.
Please bring your own labor for heavy items, a proper vehicle, and your own packing supplies.

***Please note, there are no alternative pick up times for the auction. Please refrain from bidding unless you are able to pick up your items at the scheduled time.

***Please let us know prior to the pick up if your items will need to be shipped. If you would like to arrange for a third party shipper, please coordinate that with us in advance.

You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie-downs, and manpower. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

We do our best to make pick-up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Shipping:

In-House shipping is available for all items in this auction!

Please email contact babb.sean@gmail.com to request your item to be shipped or to let us know your shipping arrangements.

• You pay all handling, shipping, and insurance costs..

• For In-House Shipping, we charge your shippings costs to the credit card you have on file with Auction Ninja.

• The shipping of your items begins approximately one week after the auction closes. Pickers paradise ME is in no way responsible for any items that are lost or broken during shipping. if you would like to add extra insurance to your items, you will have to contact us before we ship your item select lots in the auction are eligible for shipping. USPS flat rate boxes will be used to ship these items. If you would like your package insured you must reach out to us via email to confirm and you must arrange to pre-pay for the insurance.
