If you will not be available for in person pick up at the designated time and place you must call and speak with our Estate Sale manager prior to bidding to confirm that the items you are interested in are eligible for shipping. We are generally able to ship jewelry, coins and smaller items. When Past to Present ships items ourselves we charge actual shipping no handling and fully insured. We personally ship smaller items that will fit in a USPS Priority Shipping Box - Largest size measuring 12x12x10. If a listing states not eligible for shipping, it will not be shipped, no exceptions.
Items or groupings of items won that do not fit safely in one of these boxes will be brought to a professional shipping company for packaging and shipping (fully insured) at the buyer’s expense.
Any shipping requested and approved for this auction will be handled beginning of the following week. Please do not expect contact from our team prior to Tuesday. Please make sure you have the correct address selected for shipping.
Items Not Picked Up By The Final Allotted Day or pre-approved for shipping Will Be Considered Forfeited Without Refund To The Buyer. You must call or email us to notify our staff that you won an item pre-approved for shipping within 48 hours of auction end or items will be forfeited without refund to the buyer.
