AUCTION 1
Includes a selection of Vintage Art, A Hubley Harley Davidson Motorcycle and Sidecar Vehicle, Lladro, Glassy Babies, Fenton, Cast Iron Banks, Dansk, Millinery, French Tapestry, Washboards, Royal Doulton Collectibles, Primitive Folk Art and Jugs and Crocks, Vintage Glassware, Books, Clothing and a few Nutcrackers.

Phase II and III will Include the Bulk of the German Nutcracker Collection , More Art and Furnishings.

We are still going through lots of stuff ... We will continue to add sales until the whole house and property is empty.

Auction begins closing at 6:00pm, Thursday, October 25th, 2024.
Pickups will be on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 10:00AM - 1:00PM.

All invoices MUST BE PAID within 24 hours of auction close, or items will be forfeited. ...view more Do not bid if you do not plan to pay or cannot make pick-up. Invoices are sent out via email, the evening of auction close.

LOCAL PICK-UP

**ABSOLUTELY NO FLEXIBILITY ON THE PICKUP DATES**
If you do not come during this designated time, you forfeit your item and will not be compensated in any way.

**ALL WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW ID:**

Local buyer/winning bidders will receive the pick-up address via email after the invoice has been paid. Make sure you have selected to receive winning bids notification in your account dashboard via email or text.

We handle all orders on a first come, first serve basis. Please be prepared with packing material and any help that you might need to take your items with you. We will NOT help you.

Applicable state taxes + a 18% buyers premium are added.

SHIPPING

Many of the items are available for shipping which is noted on the listing page of the item. The shipping address MUST MATCH what is on the buyers credit card and ID or we will NOT ship. Please Update your account before Bidding. All packing and shipping charges for items shipped in house will be charged to the credit card on file and shipping receipt with tracking will be emailed to the account file. You are responsible for all costs involved for packing and shipping. Please NOTE, before bidding, that shipping is NOT cheap, and we do our very best to choose the best shipping option and take great care to pack our items so they arrive safely to you. We always use insured, trackable shipping for your peace of mind.
