3. **Shipping Estimates**: Obsolete Goods Vintage LLC. does not provide shipping estimates. Buyers need to contact The UPS Store directly.

4. **Timing of Shipping**: Shipping may take up to eight weeks from the date of purchase confirmation. Buyers will be contacted when the item is ready to ship to verify the address and provide a shipping quote.

5. **Local Pickup**: There is no local shipping available within the state of Colorado. Buyers must arrange for pickup themselves.

6. **Forfeiture Policy**: Failure to pick up items during the designated time results in forfeiture of the item without any refunds.

7. **Additional Charges**: There are additional charges if furniture items are forfeited or if buyers fail to bring adequate help for moving heavy items. These charges are $100.00 for removal and $50.00 per staff member per item for moving assistance.
