LOCAL PICK UP
• Winning bidders must bring appropriate help for large/heavy items. NEF does not provide help for moving items or loading vehicles.
• Winning bidders must bring appropriate packaging materials for pickup. NEF does not provide packaging materials.
• Winning bidders are responsible for disassembling items. Please be sure to bring the proper tools and help needed. NEF does not provide assistance with this.
• Packing, moving & transporting of your items will NOT be provided upon pickup, this is the winning bidders responsibility.
• Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited without refund.

SHIPPING
NorthEast Finds works with UPS Store 2657 to handle the packaging and shipping of any items that you win. (If an item is large like a piece of furniture please confirm with NorthEast Finds at northeastfindsllc@gmail.com)

If you are going to have UPS Store 2657 ship your items, you MUST confirm via email to NorthEastFindsllc@gmail.com after you receive your invoice, but at least 24 hours prior to the auction pick up. NorthEast Finds will drop your items off to the UPS Store free of charge. Once the UPS Store has your items, they will contact you and confirm the shipping address and price.

*If shipping is not confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled auction pick up and the items are not picked up at the local pick up, items will be considered forfeited without refund.
*If you fail to respond to UPS or decline shipping once they have the items to be shipped, items will be considered forfeited without refund.
