• Winning bidders must bring appropriate help for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• NEF is not responsible for disassembling large furniture items. Please be sure to bring the proper tools needed.
• Packing, moving & transporting of your items will NOT be provided upon pickup.
• Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited without refund.
