*PICK UP NOTES*
- Item is located in basement with 9 cement stairs and bilco door access (see pics)
- If you are handling the moving of the item yourself or with your own company you will need to sign a liability waiver.
- Local mover available for around $800 to remove this machine from basement. This includes removing machine and loading on a vehicle. Some disassembly may be required; reassembly is not included (it is straight forward). If same buyer as lathe/can do at same time then price will most likely be cheaper to get both out.
- Local delivery available for extra cost.
- Machine will need to be removed within 7 days of original pick up day (it has to be removed over the course of one day, you can not come back multiple days with the exception of the scheduled auction pick up, you can come during that and one additional day)
- If you win this item and forfeit/do not pick up, you will be charged an item disposal fee of $1,200. (Item disposal fees are allowed per the terms and conditions agreed to)
