Item was packed securely and sent quickly. However, the set was not described accurately. It was an espresso set, not a tea set, and so the cups were very small. I have never asked for a refund on Auction Ninja, but I did this time. Seller refused to refund despite the fact that the set was described incorrectly.

We do our best to accurately describe every item and we always provide ample photos so buyer’s can formulate their own opinion on items. An espresso set would have had smaller cups, I would be wired all night drinking espresso out of this set :) The set sold to you is indeed a tea set and sold retail as a tea set, we are sorry if it was not as you expected. We would encourage you to ask questions prior to bidding if you have any in the future.
