Local pickup only for larger items - SHIPPING on designated items only. If an item is not designated as shipping you MUST contact NoCo Estate Sales first for confirmation that we will ship particular item/items you are requesting. Shipping fees are cost of postage plus a $15 Handling fee. If your items do not require a box and can be shipped in a padded envelope it is a reduced handling fee of $5.
Pick up time and date is fixed. No late pick up times are available. We will be accommodating early pick up requests on Wednesday, October 4th and Thursday, October 5th for the late afternoon & early evening. There will be a limited amount of early pick up times available. You must call us to schedule and early pick up time slot.
Items are "As Is" and "Where Is" - NoCo Estate Sales does not move any items. All electrical items have been verified as powering on unless otherwise noted in the description. Any appraisal information listed has been provided to us by our client from appraisal information they received in 2003.
Bring all necessary tools and labor you will need to pick up your items.
