Sit back, relax, grab your favorite beverage and let the treasure hunt begin and don't forget to check out Part I & III if you have not already after you are done here looking at Part II. With the large number of items we will be having 2 pick up dates for you on Saturday, August 26th and Sunday, August 27th from 10am to 3pm.
Local pickup only for larger items - SHIPPING on designated items only. If an item is not designated as shipping you MUST contact NoCo Estate Sales first for confirmation that we will ship particular item/items you are requesting. Shipping fees are cost of postage plus a $15 Handling fee. If your items do not require a box and can be shipped in a padded envelope it is a reduced handling fee of $5.
Due to the large amount of items we will be having an extended pick up time. Please be patient if you encounter a longer wait time than normal.
Pick up for your items will be between the hours of 10:00 AM-3:00 PM on Saturday, August 26th in Dacono, Colorado - address shall be sent via email to the winning bidders. Pick up time and date is fixed. No late pick up times are available. We will be accommodating early pick up requests on Thursday, August 24th and Friday, August 25th for the late afternoon & early evening. There will be a limited amount of early pick up times available. Some larger items shall be picked up during a scheduled time and not on the regular pick up date - refer to listing description to see if applicable.
Items are "As Is" and "Where Is" - NoCo Estate Sales does not move any items. All electrical items have been verified as powering on unless otherwise noted in the description.
Bring all necessary tools and labor you will need to pick up your items.
