Local pickup only for larger items - SHIPPING on smaller items that have been designated as shippable. Shipping cost is the price of postage for USPS or UPS plus a $5 or $15 handling ...view morefee per box shipped depending on size. We will consolidate as many items into one box as possible. Breakable items (Glassware, etc.) may require their own box to ensure protection.
Pick up your items will take place between the hours of 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 28th in Platteville, Colorado - address shall be sent via email to the winning bidders. Pick up time is fixed. No late pick up times are available. We will be able to accommodate a set number of scheduled early picks up times on Thursday and Friday, October 26th & 27th. Information on how to schedule will be sent out to winning bidders.
Items are "As Is" and "Where Is" - NoCo Estate Sales does not move any items. All electrical items have been verified as powering on unless otherwise noted in the description. Bring all necessary tools and labor you will need to pick up your items.
