Breakable items (Glassware, etc.) may require their own box to ensure protection.
Local pick up for your items will take place between the hours of 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 15th in Greeley , Colorado - address shall be sent via email to the winning bidders. Pick up time is fixed. No late pick up times are available. We will be able to accommodate a small set number of scheduled early pick up times on Wednesday, February 12th.
All items that are electric powered have been tested as powering on unless otherwise noted in the item description.

Shipping items must be listed as Shipping Available. Do not bid on items you intend to have shipped that are not listed as such. No refunds will be given on an item that has been requested for shipping but is not listed as Shipping Available. If an item is not listed for shipping and you wish to request shipping please contact us to discuss. Any and all damage done in shipping is covered up to $100 insurance through either UPS or USPS and claim is to be made through them. If an order is worth more than $100 additional insurance shall be purchased to cover the value of the order. NoCo Estate Sales is not liable for damages done through shipping.
