I agree to the pick up date and time that I schedule with NoCo Estate Sales. I agree to forfeit my purchase without refund if I do not make the agreed upon scheduled pick up time. There will be no pick up possibility after Saturday, October 26th. Shipping items must be listed as Shipping Available. Do not bid on items you intend to have shipped that are not listed as such. No refunds will be given on an item that has been requested for shipping but is not listed as Shipping Available. All larger Artwork and Large Frames, Large Frames with Glass are Customer Arranged Shipping through UPS.

USPS / UPS or Client Arranged Shipping
I agree to have my items shipped.
UPS or USPS
$5 handling fee for items that require padded envelope.
$15 handling fee for items that require a box.
$25 for larger items , specialty items.
Shipping cost is the price of postage for USPS or UPS plus a $5 or $15 handling fee per box shipped depending on size.
We will consolidate as many items into one box as possible, glassware or fragile items may require their own box for proper packaging to ensure safe shipment. We will ship items from this auction within (6) Six weeks of the regular pick up date. Nothing more is needed from you and once we have your order packaged the credit card you have on file will be charged for S&H. We will then email you the tracking number. If you are choosing the shipping option make sure that the item has been listed as a shippable item. Not all items in our auctions are available for shipping.
ALL LARGE FRAMED ARTWORK UNDER GLASS SHALL BE CUSTOMER ARRANGED SHIPPING THROUGH UPS STORE. All other Items shall be shipped through NoCo Estate Sales. Larger Art Pieces and Larger Artwork that is framed and under glass will be shipped via the UPS Store and is Customer arranged through UPS. All other Shipping Available items shall be shipped via NoCo Estate Sales.
