Antique Fenton Glass Carnival Glass Fernery Bowl G3

Stunning piece, circa 1910, in excellent condition given it's age. Marks on bottom of bowl are tape residue and can be washed off.
Vintage pattern, blue glass base with carnival luster finish, 3 scrolled ball feet, measures 6.5 inches across the shoulder, opening 5.5 inches a hair over 3.25 inches high to the rim.
A fernery was used to hold a pot of ferns, a popular parlor decoration at the time, also for low flower arrangement, if you take care to place a film of plastic or waxed paper between the bottom and any flower frog or foam that you use, to protect the finish.
