Edited response based on seller's recent communications: I understand the challenges of having family illness as I also have faced the same this past week. That did not make for a good experience on either side of the table. Given that I would encourage a timely response above all to circumvent misperceptions. Item I bought did not work. I understand its not the fault of the auctioneer but it would have been very simple for someone to check before listing. Most other auctioneers do but apparently this one does not
