Another great auction. Good experience as is the norm with this group. Had to wait a little longer then usual for pick up but it was a pretty big auction.

NoCo Estate Sales has always provided an excellent experience, from listings to pickup! Their photos and descriptions are clear, they are quick to reply to questions, the orders are well organized for pickup, and their employees are helpful and friendly! They make every effort to provide excellent customer service. I have returned to bid on several auctions, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this company!

This company is why people don't trust auctions. Failed to disclose that owner had used permanent marker to put 2" letters/name on clothing, often with the marker bleeding through, making the clothing unwearable. Sold a beautiful "bowl" for a large sum, but didn't reveal bowl was approx 3" x 3". Intentionally deceptive practices. Will never buy from NoCo Estate Sales again. Poor character and morals; cheating people to try to earn a few extra bucks. Lost my trust completely. (They've been in business a while; they know better. These weren't 'mistakes' this is clearly how they operate. Buyer beware.)

We’re truly sorry to hear about your negative experience, and we take your concerns seriously. We strive for transparency and quality in every sale. I understand how frustrating it can be to purchase an item and later find that it doesn’t meet your expectations. To state we intentionally listed the clothing with marks and did this as deceptive with poor morals is extremely harsh and disheartening. As a first time customer to our auctions I wish that you would have reached out to us regarding the issues. We will always work with customers and would have refunded you regarding the clothing. We work hard on inventory and have an extremely large amount of items to process. We are human and certainly can make mistakes sometimes, but again we will always work with our customers to resolve an issue. I remember you from the pick up and the dictionaries you purchased. We had an item lot with other dictionaries that did not sell and asked if you would like them free of charge. You mentioned utilizing them as learning tools for children you cared for. It made us happy to be able to give those to you for the educational purposes you mentioned. I have reviewed your order and you did not purchase a bowl from our auction for a large sum. Perhaps this was from a different company. The only bowl you purchased was one in a bundle for the sum of $2. The bowl in your bundle was not specifically listed with the dimension of it, however the plates in the bundle had the dimension listed for scale to use on the other items in that bundle. While we always aim to provide accurate descriptions, we regret that you felt these issues were not disclosed adequately. The majority of items like bowls, etc., that are in our auctions have additional pictures shown with a ruler for scale. If a ruler is not present in the picture then we list the dimensions in the descriptions or have dimensions for other items in a bundle to utilize for scale. With the task of taking a massive amount of inventory sometimes we miss listing a dimension. Helpful customers will point this out while asking a question during the auction alerting us to the issue. We then will update the listing. Your order had the following clothing items: 4 Denver Broncos Hooded Sweatshirts, Woolrich Yellow Jacket, and Covington Puffer Vest. We were unaware that any of those items were written on with permanent marker. It would be nice to know which clothing items had marks on them. I would like to research our inventory sheets and speak to the employee in charge of inventorying those items in order to make sure that articles of clothing are more thoroughly checked to avoid this type of issue in the future. We love our company, we love our customers and strive to do our very best. We make mistakes sometimes but never are intentionally deceptive. We genuinely value all our customers and regret that we’ve lost your trust. We would love the opportunity to make things right if you’re willing to give us another chance. It is discouraging that you jumped straight into defaming our business without any contact with us or knowledge of who we are, how we operate and from one issue decided to post a negative / harmful to our business review. Please don’t ever hesitate to reach out to us or any other business directly to allow for the ability to address an issue or concerns further. It is my belief that you should give a business a chance before jumping straight towards accusations and malice.

Honestly I like coming to this companies auctions just to interact with the family let alone the great items they tend to always have. Super nice owners and their kids that work with them are polite, engaging and respectful. Sometimes I need help lifting heavy items and both the father and son have helped me before without being asked. I will always shop their auctions and appreciate these kind folks.

Kacy and her Team really deliver customer service. The pictures are well done with good descriptions. Pick up always goes very smoothly and they have enough staff to keep the line moving too. I've enjoyed working with them and would not hesitate in participating in future auctions.

purchased item- went to pick up and i had measured wrong. wouldnt fit in my car. the owner was so nice and personally dropped it off to me. (went over and beyond what most people would do. will buy from again! thank you soo much!)
