Honestly I like coming to this companies auctions just to interact with the family let alone the great items they tend to always have. Super nice owners and their kids that work with them are polite, engaging and respectful. Sometimes I need help lifting heavy items and both the father and son have helped me before without being asked. I will always shop their auctions and appreciate these kind folks.

Kacy and her Team really deliver customer service. The pictures are well done with good descriptions. Pick up always goes very smoothly and they have enough staff to keep the line moving too. I've enjoyed working with them and would not hesitate in participating in future auctions.

Terms & Conditions

Local pickup only for larger items - SHIPPING on smaller items that have been designated as Shipping Available.

Local pick up: I agree to the pick up date and time. I agree to forfeit my purchase without refund if I do not make the pick up time. I agree to pay a $15 flat fee for late arrival if I arrive between 3:01-3:30pm. I agree to pay a $30 flat fee for late arrival if I arrive between 3:31-4pm. There will be no pick up possibility after 4pm.

Shipping: Shipping cost is the price of postage for USPS or UPS plus a $5 or $15 handling fee. We will consolidate as many items into one box as possible. Breakable items (Glassware, etc.) may require their own box to ensure protection.
Shipping items must be listed as Shipping Available. Do not bid on items you intend to have shipped that are not listed as such. No refunds will be given on an item that has been requested for shipping but is not listed as Shipping Available. If an item is not listed for shipping and you wish to request shipping please contact us to discuss. Any and all damage done in shipping is covered up to $100 insurance through either UPS or USPS and claim is to be made through them. NoCo Estate Sales is not liable for damages done through shipping. Any items moved from pick up to shipping are charged a $25 fee for moving fee.
