We are a retail store but you CANNOT pickup your auction wins during any day, please refer to the pickup hours above as we need to have someone available to help with pickups. Items not picked up during pick up hours will be forfeited with no refunds. IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER/AN EMERGENCY PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP.
