Absolutely the worst to deal with!! Won a lot and it was shipped. The packaging was so horrible, 2 of the items were destroyed. When I reached out it, they kept saying that the photos weren't coming through. After 3 weeks they said a claim had been filed. It's now been a month and crickets. Zero reaching out to me to say anything. I feel I've been more than patient. DO NOT USE THIS MONSTER SALES IF YOU ARE SHIPPING!! They do not care for you and the items you have won. Shame on this company!!

easy pickup

Josh gives excellent help to me, as I am 82, handicapped. I like to buy, but lack carrying strength, + walk with a cane, so have one arm to deal with.
