Who is

With over a half century of combined experience with the staff, Modern Vintage Auctions strives to bring you a unique mix of furniture and accessories. We have a special interest in the Art deco and machine age era with emphasis on Gilbert Rohde, Donald Deskey, Norman Bel Geddes Walter Von Nessen and Wolfgang Hoffmann as well as the greats of the mid century era including Charles and Ray Eames, George Nelson, Eero Saarinen, Edward Wormley, Paul Evans, Paul Mccobb, Milo Baugman, Florence Knoll, Finn Juhl and Hans Wegner. We currently have an assortment of Native American Indian Weavings - Dine, Navajo, Two Grey Hills, Cryatal, Wide Ruins. We also will get a large amount of Studio Pottery and Mexican Tourtist and everday pottery from Tonala, Tleqapaque, Ken Edwards to name a few.

Our pieces are curated from all over the country so we have a wide variety of the collectible and the eclectic. All vintage items are sold as is. Modern Vintage Auctions will help as much as possible on the shipping of most of the items in this section - and since this auction is located at my personal home - feel free to contact me via email (preferably) and we can work out an alternative pick up time and date. I go to Santa Fe, New Mexico on a fairly regular basis and can try to assist getting items there depending on schedules. If items are left at my home for a longer period of time I might need to charge a little something for storage - all depends on the situation.

If you are a reseller and want tax exemption - load up all of your state tax resale license with the main AuctionNinja site in advance of the auction and buying. Terms & Conditions - Shipping Options

FEDEX SHIPPING / Other Carrier (Shipping), client arranged. All glass, ceramic, crystal, pottery, clocks and irregular/oversized sized items that the buyer requests to be shipped must be packed and shipped by Fed Ex and the buyer is required to have an active Fed Ex account.

For items we pack a $5-$10 charge will be assessed for materials. Before we can ship your items, we will need a photo of a signed copy of your invoice. . Please print the invoice, sign the bottom on the signature line and text or email me a picture. ID verification may be required on all orders.

For Furniture and larger items - we recommend getting online and getting an estimate from a shipping company such as "Craters and Freighters" "Shiply" - if you choose a shipping company on larger items you will be coordinating all the logistics with the shipping company and I will accommodating where I can be. These companies have online estimates where you can add demisions and estimated weight.

You can get an estimate for shipping in advance from FedEx - if we ship the items we will get you the amount of shipping after the sale has completed. You pay for you items first then we will send an invoice for the items being shipped.

We, just like your hate the cost of shipping and will do our best to keep the shipping as affordable as possible while getting you your items in great condition.

You can call our local Fed Ex store for estimates. 303-316-7667. Let them know the zip code its being sent to and the dimensions of what you're bidding on and they should be able to provide an estimate. If Shipping arrangements have not been made within one week of the completion of the auction, the items will be forfeited.
