Orig. 1930s Harbor & Weathered Hillside Houses Etching

If anyone knows where this is, would love to hear. It's from the collection of Walter von Egidy (1909-1989), photographer and artist from Stamford and Bridgewater, Connecticut.
The mark on the lower left may be a cipher/signature...however, it could also just be a piece of grass...)
It is in very good condition with no wear -- richer in detail and color than it looks here, at least on my monitor.
The entire piece measures 13" by 10.5" and the actual etching is 8 1/4" by 6 1/4"
