"Old Canarsie" 1900s? Linoleum Cut Engraving, Woodstock Artist Walter Bobbette (1861-1938)

Hand-proofed, linoleum cut engraving on semi-translucent tissue-like paper by Brooklyn & Woodstock, NY engraver and painter Walter Bobbette, son of wood engraver Albert Bobbette (1813-1888).
Entitled "Old Canarsie" the work is in nice condition with almost no wear to the image itself - no tears or stains -- fortunately, the one water spot - on the lower right - is only in the margin.
This was done from an 1888 drawing by Bobbette, but it's not clear when it was printed. His name appears as part of the cut, and it is signed in pencil below in the margin.
It was pasted down to the board along the edges, so there is slight rippling to the paper on the right, but it looks like it can be removed and rematted/framed pretty easily.
The whole piece measures 21" by 15"
